Call Experts is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a fully remote, full-time position in the United States. You will be the first point of contact for customers via phone, email and chat, troubleshooting issues and maintaining accurate records.

No prior call center experience is required; we hire for attitude and trainability, and we’ll teach you the rest. Starting at $12/hour with increases as you complete skill levels after about 45 days.

About the Role

We're looking for someone who enjoys helping people, stays calm under pressure, and can keep up in a fast-moving environment. No prior call center experience required — we hire based on attitude and trainability, and we'll teach you the rest.

What You'll Do

• Be the first point of contact for customers reaching out by phone, email, and chat — answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and keeping records accurate.
• Handle a steady flow of contacts daily — busy enough that the time moves, with room to breathe between.
• After about 45 days and completing your first skill advancement, take on additional responsibilities like appointment scheduling and order taking.

• Your own computer and reliable internet connection (equipment is not provided)

Schedule

Full-time schedules are assigned as shift bags. This means your days off are static and remain the same each week, but your shift start time may vary by up to 2 hours depending on the day.

During the application process, you’ll complete an availability form. We do our best to match schedules to your preferences, though final schedules are based on business need.

Pay & Growth

Starting at $12/hour. Your rate increases each time you complete a new skill level — your first opportunity comes at 45 days. We promote from within when opportunities come up — many of our team members have grown into other areas of the business over time.

The Remote Setup

This is a fully remote role. You'll need a reliable computer and internet connection to get started.
