Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service or client support experience in a fast-paced environment (SaaS, tech, or agency experience preferred).
• Exceptional verbal and written communication with strong active listening.
• Proficiency with modern CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk, Hubspot) and helpdesk tools.
• Strong analytical abilities with a calm, patient approach to de-escalating difficult customer situations.
• High attention to detail with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound customer inquiries across phone, email, live chat, and ticketing systems in a timely and professional manner.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve product or service issues by collaborating with internal operations and product teams.
• Assist customers with account setup, order tracking, billing inquiries, service updates, and account modifications.
• Accurately document all customer interactions, feedback, and escalation notes within the CRM system.
• Identify recurring customer pain points and contribute suggestions for improving knowledge base articles and operational workflows.
