DKV Mobility in Prague seeks a Customer Service Representative to be the first contact for customers by phone and email, delivering professional, accurate support and building lasting relationships. You will manage CRM data, process card orders, and help meet team service targets.

Qualifications

• Completed secondary education (high school diploma or equivalent).
• Experience in customer service, support or administrative role is a plus.
• Good MS Office skills, especially Excel.
• Experience with CRM systems is beneficial.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with service focus.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent Czech; English or German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and other channels.
• Provide professional, accurate, solution-oriented support.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships based on trust.
• Identify customer needs and ensure high satisfaction.
• Process complaints and resolve issues.
• Maintain customer master data in CRM.
• Register customers in toll systems and support related admin tasks.
• Process applications and order DKV Cards for new customers.
• Ensure accuracy of customer records and documentation.
• Support achievement of service targets.
