ModSquad seeks experienced customer support mods to join its remote contractor network. You’ll guide customers to answers, follow written workflows, and provide friendly service across top-tier client projects. Must have a dedicated setup and be available on weekdays and weekends during Pacific hours.

Orientation begins June 2026; language is English. We require a dedicated laptop/desktop with Windows 10+, a quality headset, and willingness to install security software and 2FA.
