You will listen, respond to questions, and guide clients toward clear next steps, with training and ongoing coaching to strengthen communication and confidence. This fully remote role offers flexible scheduling, weekly pay with bonus opportunities, and a supportive team environment for professional growth.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, patient, and professional
• Comfortable speaking with people and answering questions
• Reliable, organized with good time-management
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Willingness to learn, take feedback, and develop new skills
• Basic computer and virtual communication proficiency
• Customer service, sales, or insurance experience helpful but not required
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada or the United States
