Job summary

Five Star Call Centers is seeking individuals to handle inbound customer inquiries about goods and services in a work-at-home setup for residents across multiple US states, including Indiana. The role requires reliable equipment and internet, with training provided and a focus on professional service delivery.

You’ll manage calls, follow scripts, identify needs, and offer solutions while maintaining a courteous, customer-first approach.

Qualifications

• 3–6 months customer service or support experience preferred.
• 3–6 months call center or office background is a plus.
• Basic computer skills.
• Quick learner and able to work independently.
• Strong phone and verbal communication with active listening.
• Must be 18 years old.
• Background check required by state and federal laws.

Responsibilities

• Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner.
• Follow scripts when handling different topics.
• Identify customer needs, clarify information, research and provide solutions.
• Access company and client resources to accurately handle the call.
• Upsell products when opportunities arise.
• Switch between tasks without loss of efficiency or composure.
• Be available at your desk, maintaining punctuality and attendance.
• Remain positive and professional in all customer interactions.
• Flexibility to cross train as requested.
