Responsibilities

• Receive incoming calls from customers seeking assistance with inquiries, orders, product information, billing questions, account maintenance, or technical support.
• Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate responses to meet customer needs.
• Listen actively to concerns, identify root causes, and resolve issues to customer satisfaction.
• Build rapport with customers, showing empathy and professionalism.
• Maintain knowledge of products, services, pricing, and promotions; update as needed.
• Assist customers with orders, returns or exchanges, tracking shipments, and account updates.
• Record all interactions in the appropriate systems and generate reports as required.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technical support for escalated inquiries and process improvements.
