Job summary

UnifyCX is expanding its San Antonio-based team and seeks Customer Service and Support Representatives for a Work From Home role that requires you to reside in San Antonio, TX. Starting pay is $16.50 per hour with staged increases after training, 6 months, and 1 year.

Comprehensive benefits include health, life, vision, and dental insurance, plus a 401K with company match. Classroom training runs 2–3 weeks.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, preferably healthcare-related.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively in a call queue.
• Strong attention to detail in documenting calls and updates.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer inquiries for members and providers.
• Diagnose needs and explain benefit eligibility and claim status.
• Assist in Open Enrollment by answering questions and educating members.
• Document information accurately for each interaction.
• Maintain timely handling of calls from the queue.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
