The Customer Support Associate will handle customer interactions via chat, email, and phone, addressing inquiries, making policy changes, and advising on insurance needs. The goal is to resolve customer issues on first contact and exceed expectations. This is a remote role requiring reliable internet and a quiet workspace. You will report to the Customer Support Team Lead.

Responsibilities
  • Manage customer accounts for Personal Insurance policies through various communication channels using insurance systems.
  • Explain insurance products with a consultative and empathetic approach.
  • Assist third parties with policy documentation and modifications.
  • Collaborate within a team environment.
  • Hold a Property & Casualty insurance license and have at least 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Previous call center experience is preferred.
  • Demonstrate empathy towards customer needs.
  • Adapt to a fast-paced environment and change.
  • Work hours: 9:30am - 6pm MST.
  • Spanish speaking skills are a plus.
