Job summary

Expivia is hiring a Customer Service Representative to work from home after completing a hands-on training period in Erie, PA. The role offers a pay range of $14–$16 per hour and a full-time schedule Monday–Friday.

Initially, training is conducted in Erie, PA, with remote work following training. We welcome compassionate, detail-oriented professionals who can handle patient interactions with care while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must attend a required, paid ~3-week in-person training at our Erie, PA office before transitioning to remote work
• Previous customer service, call center, healthcare, or related experience preferred.
• Strong computer and data entry skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated home workspace for the remote portion

Responsibilities

• Professionally answer inbound calls from patients, family members, and provider offices
• Make outbound calls to welcome new patients and assist with scheduling or rescheduling appointments
• Listen carefully to understand each caller's needs and provide accurate, clear information
• Adjust your tone and approach to fit the caller — professional and precise with provider offices, warm and empathetic with patients and families
• Partner with internal teams to help resolve scheduling, benefits, and account questions
• Accurately document every interaction while maintaining strict confidentiality
• Use good judgment to resolve issues, knowing when to bring in a colleague for more complex situations
