Responsibilities

• Lead the Joint Business Plan, aligning planning and supply chain strategies to drive growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with CVS Health supply chain and leadership.
• Develop supply chain tools and investments to improve accuracy and performance.
• Develop inventory monitoring and forecasting processes to improve in-stock levels.
• Provide leadership to field planning and forecasting teams within S&OP framework.
• Establish scorecards and metrics for on-time delivery and cash flow.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration to drive sustainable growth and resolve issues.
