• 5+ years of experience in healthcare strategy, management consulting, healthcare technology, health management, product management, product or business development.
• 2+ years of experience leading and developing colleagues.
• 3+ years of experience in business case development, building strategic roadmaps and/or bringing technology solutions to life.

Responsibilities

• Leading the diagnosis, solution development, and planning of multiple new strategic initiatives that incorporate the company’s assets and delivery methods.
• Developing strategic perspective on an existing or a new enterprise pharmacy opportunity including sizing and assessing the markets.
• Partnering with our technology teams to implement novel solutions that enable our pharmacy teams to better serve our patients.
