Job summary

Semios Group seeks a Customer Success Specialist to help farmers maximize value from Semios' tools. You will onboard customers, provide ongoing support, and bridge customer needs with internal teams.

This role requires strong communication, initiative, and the ability to work with Territory Managers. You will represent Semios at events and drive adoption of our farm management platform across markets in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in customer onboarding, implementation, adoption, and technical support.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to build trust with customers.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple customers and products.

Responsibilities

• Onboard customers and their teams using virtual and in-person engagements.
• Provide continuous support to customers in your territory via phone, email, and in-app chat.
• Attend trade shows and events representing Semios and showcasing products.
• Document and relay product feedback and customer suggestions to Semios teams.
• Collaborate with Territory Managers and other teams to ensure customer success and growth.
