Arrow Electronics is seeking a Customer Success Representative for SiliconExpert in Denver. The role focuses on managing customer accounts, driving retention, and identifying upsell opportunities through onboarding and ongoing training.

The candidate will work with Sales, Marketing, Channel, and Technical teams to deliver trusted intelligence and ensure renewal success. Expect hybrid work in Colorado with limited travel and a focus on delivering value to customers.

Qualifications

• Account management experience with customers to drive retention and growth.
• Familiarity with renewal processes and upsell opportunities.
• Experience onboarding and training customers to maximize value.

Responsibilities

• Manages accounts to ensure a positive customer experience and revenue growth within accounts.
• Handles onboarding and ongoing training to increase retention and uncover upsells.
• Meets or exceeds assigned renewal rate and growth targets.
• Tracks at risk, non-renewal, pending, and lost renewals with reasons.
• Understands product offerings, subscription and renewal licensing models.
• Collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Channel, and Technical teams to share market intelligence.
• Conducts quarterly business review virtual visits with at least 75% of renewal-year accounts.
• Travel required less than 25% of the time.
