Job summary

Arrow Electronics seeks a Customer Success Content & Enablement Manager to own the end-to-end content ecosystem that drives user adoption and demonstrates customer ROI. You will empower our internal CS and Sales teams with training materials and compelling customer stories.

This role will project manage content initiatives, prepare related documents, and lead training on how to prove ROI and set customers up for success. Hybrid work model in Colorado, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Typically requires 5–7 years of related experience with a 4 year degree; or 3 years with an advanced degree.
• Experience in content creation and project management within a SaaS/electronics context is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with stakeholder management ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional content projects and manage timelines and outcomes.
• Create training materials and enablement resources for CS and sales teams.
• Develop process documents and SOPs for content workflows.
• Support ROI storytelling through customer success stories and case studies.
• Assist in training new and existing employees on policies and procedures related to project outcomes.
