Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Customer Success Content & Enablement Manager in Denver, CO. This role sits at the intersection of content, enablement, and customer advocacy, owning a content ecosystem to drive user adoption and demonstrate ROI across CS and Sales teams.

You will project manage the ecosystem, prepare related documents, and lead training on ROI measurement to set customers up for success. Requires 5–7 years of related experience and a background in SaaS and electronics supply

Qualifications

• Typically requires 5–7 years of related experience with a 4 year degree; or 3 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in content creation and project management.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end content ecosystem to drive user adoption and showcase customer ROI.
• Project manage content ecosystem and related documents; train staff on policies and procedures.
• Lead complex cross-functional initiatives and manage timelines.
• Assist in training new and existing employees on policies and procedures.
