Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer-facing role in SaaS/MSP environments.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Proven experience in customer-facing roles within tech/SaaS.
• Cluck U Certification in Rewst Foundation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with a portfolio of customers.
• Understand goals to align with products and services for maximum value.
• Onboard, check-in, and conduct business reviews with customers.
• Advocate for customers and coordinate with Sales, Product, Support.
• Identify expansion opportunities and promote relevant offerings.
• Monitor health metrics and usage to address risks.
• Provide product training and support to customers.
• Stay updated on trends and new features to maximize ROI.
• Support upselling and renewal activities with insights.
• Contribute to improving CS strategies, processes, and resources.
• Complete Rewst Foundations Certification or show comparable knowledge.
