Job summary

EverCommerce’s EverPro unit is hiring a Customer Success Manager for US remote work, focusing on GuildQuality, pulseM, Customer Lobby, and Listen360 clients. Manage relationships at scale, drive adoption, and ensure customer ROI with a mix of strategic account oversight and hands-on support.

You will deliver training, identify upsell opportunities, and coordinate with support teams to ensure successful product usage and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 2–5 years in service/relationship management.
• Proven track record in customer success, account management, or similar.
• Strong problem-solving, time management, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into action.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain client relationships at scale; act as main point of contact.
• Help clients understand ROI and optimize product usage.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell features.
• Support the customer support team in resolving complex issues.
• Deliver customized product training and ongoing support.
• Collaborate with implementation and brand teams for satisfactory resolutions.
