Job summary

EverCommerce is seeking a Customer Success Manager to nurture relationships with its GuildQuality product line within Customer Experience Solutions: pulseM, Customer Lobby, GuildQuality and Listen360.

You will manage client relationships at scale, drive ROI, and identify upsell opportunities while collaborating with support teams to ensure high satisfaction for service professionals across multiple industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2-5 years relevant service/relationship management experience.
• Proven track record in customer success or account management.
• Strong understanding of CS operations in a tech environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain client relationships at scale as the main contact.
• Help clients understand ROI and optimize use of our solutions.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell features.
• Provide low-level support to the customer support team for complex issues.
• Deliver customized product training sessions and ongoing support to ensure adoption.
