Job summary

FMX is seeking a Customer Outcome Manager to join our Customer Success team, focused on retention and value realization for clients post-implementation. You will drive adoption, manage executive relationships, and identify upsell opportunities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Remote-friendly role with travel to events as needed. Compensation includes base salary plus performance bonus, with OT earnings targeting $68k–$72k annually.

Qualifications

• Experience with FMX software and value delivery.
• Proficient in Excel and Salesforce basics.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Ability to proactively reach out to customers and manage expectations.
• Willingness to travel to events when required.
• Familiarity with Gainsight data and activities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the post-implementation contact and own the customer relationship to drive retention.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities for FMX features.
• Record meetings and calls in Gainsight and manage follow-ups.
• Build executive-level relationships to demonstrate ongoing value.
• Travel to customer events as needed.
