Job summary

Streamline Healthcare Solutions seeks a Customer Success Manager to own a portfolio of healthcare client accounts, acting as their primary advocate and ensuring alignment with their goals and timelines.

You will proactively engage with customers, drive renewals and expansions, collaborate with product, development and QA teams, and coordinate schedules across Mountain and Central time zones to support a high level of service and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and customer success experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills required.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% and adjust schedules as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of customer accounts and act as their primary advocate.
• Maintain 85%+ customer satisfaction rating through proactive engagement.
• Align schedules with Mountain or Central time zones to support customers.
• Understand customer needs and manage projects to meet deliverables.
• Facilitate product and industry consultation, and enable access to internal resources.
• Collaborate frequently with product managers, developers, and testers.
