Loxo in the USA is seeking a Customer Success Manager to partner with customers post-sale, drive onboarding, adoption, and renewals, and champion long-term value.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Engineering to align product capabilities with customer goals, prepare business reviews, and become a subject matter expert on recruiting processes. This is a fully remote role.

Competenze

• 5+ years in customer-facing roles (customer success, account management, or strategic consulting).
• SaaS experience is a plus.
• Self-motivated, collaborative teammate with problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.

Mansioni

• Build and manage customer relationships post-sales, including onboarding, implementation, and renewals.
• Identify at-risk accounts and mitigate churn using data and relationship management.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Engineering.
• Prepare and present Business Reviews for strategic partnerships.
• Become a subject matter expert in recruiting to advise customer processes.
• Maintain high levels of engagement and satisfaction, driving loyalty.
• Help drive efficiency across teams supporting customer success.
