Job summary

AccountMakers is seeking a Customer Success Manager in the San Francisco Bay Area with remote flexibility to support clients across the United States.

You will manage a portfolio of B2B clients, guiding projects from onboarding to ongoing account support, while coordinating with sales, production, operations, and fulfillment teams to ensure exceptional service and on-time delivery. Strong relationship skills and CRM proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in customer success, account management, client services, project management, or another customer-facing role.
• Experience supporting B2B customers within branded merchandise or related industry is preferred.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering exceptional service.
• Experience managing multiple customer accounts and coordinating projects from onboarding through delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of B2B clients from onboarding through ongoing account support.
• Collaborate with account management, production, operations, and fulfillment teams to coordinate projects and ensure on-time delivery.
