Job summary

DTN is seeking a Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of Mid-Market agriculture customers and help them achieve measurable business outcomes through effective adoption and utilization of DTN solutions. You will serve as a trusted advisor, protecting and growing recurring revenue, and renew subscriptions throughout the customer lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Relationship Management, Consulting, Sales, or another customer-facing role.
• Experience managing recurring revenue customer relationships.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strong understanding of customer objectives and desired outcomes.
• Establish and maintain success plans focused on delivering measurable value.
• Conduct post-onboarding adoption activities and business reviews.
• Coordinate renewal strategies to maximize retention and minimize risk.
• Own and manage a large book of business with data-driven account management.
