Job summary

Johanson Group LLP, a remote US-based consultancy specializing in SOC 1/2 and HIPAA attestations, is seeking a Customer Success Manager. You will own the client experience across the full audit lifecycle, from prospect to report delivery, and through renewals.

This role suits a professional who works independently, stays ahead of deadlines, and takes satisfaction in being trusted to have things covered. Excellent communication is key.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in professional service field.
• Experience in customer success, account management, or GRC is preferred.
• Exceptional client service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and competing priorities.
• Strong time management and self-motivation with good verbal and written skills.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and cloud-based apps.
• Experience with CRM and DocuSign is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build lasting relationships across your portfolio of clients.
• Guide new clients through the transition from prospect to active engagement and keep CRM current.
• Own audit engagement statuses in the CRM across your book of business.
• Manage new and ongoing audit projects in the PM system through their lifecycle.
• Own renewal timelines and client outreach for recurring engagements.
• Lead onboarding calls to establish scope, timeline, and deliverables.
• Follow up proactively on outstanding client deliverables.
• Respond to client questions via email, Zoom, Slack.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams and key partners via Slack.
