• 2+ years of customer-facing experience
• Excellent English communicator with strong organizational skills
• Tech-savvy, proactive, and able to work US business hours from South Africa
• Ability to coordinate across design and production teams

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers through the custom jewelry design and manufacturing process
• Balance customer success, project coordination, pricing support, and production management
• Manage inbound customer requests, clarify design requirements, and align with production timelines
• Coordinate with CAD designers and production teams, track order progress, and elevate issues as needed
