Job summary

Zinier Inc is seeking a hands-on Customer Success Manager to own post-implementation journeys, drive adoption, and deliver measurable ROI for a portfolio of accounts. You will partner with Solution Architects to bridge business outcomes with platform capability, while leading customer workshops and cross-functional collaborations.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years in customer success, account management, or consulting within B2B SaaS.
• Exceptional stakeholder orchestration skills across multi-layered organizations.
• Strategic thinker with bias to action and data-driven decision making.
• Strong business acumen with ROI modelling understanding.
• Technical fluency to engage with solution architects and troubleshoot platform issues.
• AI-minded with a focus on automation and workflow efficiency.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and workshop leadership.
• Spanish language ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own post-implementation customer journeys and drive adoption to value delivery.
• Monitor customer health and intervene before churn risks materialize.
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews to demonstrate ROI and identify expansion opportunities.
• Navigate complex stakeholder environments across IT, ops, and service delivery leadership.
• Facilitate adoption activities such as workshops and training.
• Identify expansion opportunities and support renewal processes to achieve NRR targets.
• Collaborate with PS, Support, Product, and Sales on cross-functional initiatives.
• Automate workflows and apply AI-driven approaches to scale activities.
• Develop repeatable playbooks and contribute to evolving CS methodology.
