Job summary

MPLC, a leading public performance licensing provider, is seeking a Customer Success Executive to support our growing US customer base in a remote-friendly role. You will manage renewals, minimize churn, and drive expansion revenue across an assigned portfolio.

You will collaborate with internal teams, monitor licensing coverage, handle objections, and ensure invoices are paid on time while maintaining compliant records in the CRM.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years experience in customer success, account management, or licensing.
• Experience with renewals and mitigating churn.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with CRM; able to work across internal teams.
• Comfortable with a high volume of proactive outbound calls.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of existing customers to minimize churn and drive renewals/expansion revenue.
• Confirm coverage for all customer sites and locations under licenses.
• Handle commercial objections, including cost-driven pushback, in a consultative way.
• Coordinate with Legal and Finance on deal amendments and documentation; ensure invoices are paid on time.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
