Job summary

MPLC provides a legal framework for showing movies and TV in public or commercial spaces. We are expanding our Customer Success Team and seek an Associate Customer Success Executive to own a portfolio of customers, drive renewals and expansions, and minimize churn.

You will confirm every site is licensed, handle objections, coordinate with Legal and Finance on deals, and ensure timely payments. The role emphasizes proactive outreach and cross-functional collaboration across the US market.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in customer success, account management, or licensing.
• Experience handling renewals and mitigating churn.
• Comfort with high-volume proactive outbound calls.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and documenting interactions.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of existing customers; minimize churn and drive renewal/expansion revenue.
• Confirm every customer site/location is properly licensed.
• Handle commercial objections calmly and consultatively.
• Ensure invoices are paid on time; coordinate with Legal and Finance on deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams and client contacts across seniority levels.
