Job summary

MPLC seeks a results-driven Customer Success Executive to join our global Customer Success Team. You will own a portfolio of existing customers, minimize churn, and drive renewal and expansion revenue while ensuring every site is properly licensed.

In this remote role, you will conduct proactive outbound outreach, coordinate with Legal and Finance on deals, maintain accurate CRM records, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve compliance questions and objections.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or licensing.
• Experience with renewals and reducing churn.
• Proficient with CRM tools and high-volume outbound calls.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of existing customers and minimize churn while driving renewals and expansion.
• Verify every customer site is covered by the license and resolve coverage gaps.
• Collaborate with Legal and Finance on deal amendments and ensure invoices are paid on time.
