Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Customer Success Engineer in the United States to help customers get the most value from a technical SaaS platform. You will engage with users across channels, resolve questions, troubleshoot issues, and guide them toward practical solutions while working with APIs, data, and business software.

You will collaborate with Technical Account Managers, Solutions Engineers, Marketing, Engineering, and Operations to resolve challenges and drive a high-quality customer experience.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in a customer-facing role with some technical context.
• Working knowledge of SQL and basic API concepts.
• Ability to read API documentation and troubleshoot integrations.

Responsibilities

• Support customers via messaging, Slack, phone, and email with timely, accurate answers.
• Help users maximize value by understanding needs and guiding to solutions.
• Read API docs and troubleshoot integrations with common SaaS systems.
