Job summary

Pave is seeking a hands-on Implementation Manager to drive successful implementations of our real-time compensation platform. You will partner with HR and Finance leaders to transform compensation strategies, ensure strong adoption, and deliver meaningful business outcomes.

You will own end-to-end project plans, manage risks, and maintain clear stakeholder communication to deliver solutions on time. Join a fast-paced startup and help customers unlock scalable pay insights.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer-facing CSE, Technical Account Manager or Implementation Manager at a B2B SaaS company.
• Strong knowledge of JSON, HTML, SQL and API integrations.
• Meticulous project manager who plans, executes and ensures nothing falls through.
• Creative problem solver who finds solutions that address customer needs beyond the obvious.
• Care about customer outcomes and adoption of Pave's platform.
• Able to work with diverse stakeholders including project managers, Heads of People, and Finance.
• Comfortable working autonomously with strong prioritization and ability to handle high-leverage work.
• Willing to wear many hats in a fast-paced startup.
• Enjoy collaborating with customers over video or email.
• Three main pillars: project management, customer-facing polish and technical acumen.

Responsibilities

• Drive successful implementation projects for Pave's compensation software, partnering with HR and Finance to transform compensation strategies.
• Own end-to-end project management of customer implementations, creating detailed project plans, identifying risks, and maintaining clear communication across stakeholders to deliver on time.
• Become a trusted compensation expert and strategic advisor to customers leveraging Pave's platform for complex compensation challenges and scalable processes.
• Collaborate across Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to surface customer needs and contribute to product evolution.
• Build strong relationships with customers through clear communication and proactive problem-solving.
• Execute on technical needs of the customer with integrations, data migration and configurations.
