Responsabilidades

• Facilitate onboarding procedures ensuring smooth transitions and user familiarity.
• Oversee contract renewals and address customer concerns before renewal periods.
• Drive product adoption by analyzing metrics and customer behavior.
• Advocate for customers and provide guidance on issues, escalating complex cases when needed.
• Handle account management, risk identification and mitigation tasks, and service requests.
• Assist in onboarding new accounts, attend trade shows, and identify prospects in markets.
