Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent; 1-3 years in customer success/support of revenue clients is necessary.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical ability; self-starter and proactive problem solver.
• Proficient with Salesforce, Microsoft Word and Excel; strong PC/tech skills.

Responsibilities

• Enter orders accurately for products, services, and renewals.
• Provide customer support via phone, internet and email; resolve inquiries and issues.
• Document interactions in the system and maintain post-sale contact with customers.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to deliver a full-service experience.
• Adhere to schedule targets (90% or above) to ensure efficient customer experience.
