Qualifications

• 2–3 years minimum customer service experience.
• Inbound sales or contact center experience is a plus.

• Excellent communication and engaging approach with customers.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls focusing on sales and service.
• Offer thoughtful advice to maximize value of contact lens purchases.
• Engage with manager and team via 1:1s, meetings, and chats in a virtual setting.
• Provide exceptional service in a fast-paced environment and exceed expectations.
• Identify and resolve customer issues quickly to deliver a positive experience.
