Job summary

VARITE is seeking a Customer Success Advisor for a 100% remote role. The CSA will drive customer adoption, measure value, and manage stakeholder engagement across a portfolio of Experience Cloud customers.

The role blends advisory work with ROI tracking and retention strategies. The ideal candidate has 6–8 years in customer success or related fields, strong communication, and familiarity with Gainsight and Adobe Experience Cloud.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 6-8 years of Customer Success, Account Management, or consulting experience.
• Experience with value realization, ROI, and success metrics.
• Ability to translate data into insights and facilitate workshops.
• Experience with customer success tools such as Gainsight.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Understanding of change management.
• Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Leadership: Build relationships with key stakeholders and monitor account sentiment, adoption, and health.
• Value Realization Execution: Translate goals into value realization programs with metrics and milestones.
• Lead Generation & Opportunity Identification: Surface early-stage upsell opportunities and coordinate with Sellers.
• Communication & Stakeholder Management: Communicate across business, technical, and executive audiences; maintain health summaries.
