Job summary

Blue Acorn iCi is seeking a Customer Success Advisor to drive adoption, value realization, and long-term success across Adobe Experience Cloud customers. This contract role is remote in the United States and blends advisory, metrics, and account stewardship.

You will manage client relationships, translate objectives into value realization roadmaps, monitor ROI, and identify opportunities to prevent attrition and support retention and expansion.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
6–8 years of customer success, account management, or consulting experience.
Experience with value realization, ROI, and success metrics.
Ability to translate data into insights and facilitate workshops.
Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

Lead client relationships and monitor health and adoption.
Define value realization programs with metrics.
Identify growth opportunities and coordinate with Sales and the broader Adobe ecosystem.
Communicate updates to sponsors and maintain health summaries.
Support issue escalation and advocacy for clients.
Contribute to strategic business reviews with adoption insights.
