Blue Acorn iCi seeks a Customer Success Advisor to drive adoption, value realization, and long-term success for Adobe Experience Cloud customers. This remote role focuses on client relationships, value metrics, and strategic account stewardship across a US-based portfolio.

You will translate business objectives into value realization roadmaps, monitor ROI and adoption, and collaborate with stakeholders to prevent attrition and identify growth opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 6–8 years of Customer Success, Account Management, or consulting experience.
• Experience with value realization, ROI, and success metrics.
• Ability to translate data into insights and facilitate workshops.
• Experience with customer success tools such as Gainsight.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Understanding of change management.
• Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud or similar platforms.

Aufgaben

• Lead Client Relationship Leadership by conducting proactive outreach, understanding objectives, monitoring health, and coordinating resources.
• Drive Value Realization Execution by translating goals into programs with metrics and milestones; monitor ROI indicators and adoption trends.
• Identify Lead Generation opportunities and coordinate with Sellers and the Adobe Ecosystem for upsell opportunities and SRB insights.
• Communicate effectively across business, technical, and executive audiences; engage sponsors and stakeholders; document value updates.
• Troubleshoot adoption and measurement challenges; escalate and manage major issues when needed; develop save plans to prevent attrition.
