Job summary

Blue Acorn iCi seeks a Customer Success Advisor to drive adoption and long-term value realization for Adobe Experience Cloud customers. You’ll manage client relationships, measure outcomes, and engage stakeholders to accelerate maturity and retention across engagements.

You will lead Value Realization programs, monitor ROI and adoption trends, and surface opportunities for expansion while coordinating with the Adobe ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Up to 6-8 years of Customer Success, Account Management, or consulting experience.
• Experience with value realization, ROI, and success metrics.
• Ability to translate data into insights and facilitate workshops.
• Experience with customer success tools such as Gainsight.
• Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead client relationships with proactive outreach and health monitoring.
• Translate goals into Value Realization Programs with metrics.
• Monitor adoption, ROI indicators, and value realization milestones.
• Identify risk of attrition and develop save plans.
• Surface upsell opportunities and coordinate with Sellers and Adobe ecosystem.
