Job summary

Blue Acorn iCi seeks a Customer Success Advisor to drive adoption, value realization, and long-term success across an Adobe Experience Cloud portfolio. This contract role emphasizes client relationship leadership, value metrics, and stakeholder engagement in remote settings across the United States.

The candidate will translate objectives into actionable Value Realization programs, monitor ROI and adoption, and identify opportunities for retention and expansion while collaborating with delivery

Qualifications

• 6–8 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or consulting.
• Experience with value realization, ROI, and success metrics.
• Ability to translate data into insights and facilitate workshops.
• Experience with customer success tools such as Gainsight.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead client relationship activities, engage stakeholders, and monitor account health.
• Translate goals into Value Realization programs with metrics and milestones.
• Surface early upsell opportunities and coordinate with Sellers and Adobe Ecosystem.
• Maintain structured value updates and health summaries across systems.
• Troubleshoot adoption and measurement challenges and manage escalations.
