Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company is seeking a Customer Solutions Manager of Instrumentation and Controls Services to drive the product portfolio and lead offers in partnership with operations. You will provide expert advice, leadership, and accountability for process and product improvements to grow near-term market share and capture orders.

You will report to the Sr Director of Specialty Outage & Maintenance Services and work from the Waltz Mill facility in Madison, PA, with hybrid work: 25%

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (CS/engineering/business).
• MBA preferred or willingness to obtain.
• 5+ years in a technical discipline with product or project mgmt exposure.
• Experience in I&C services within nuclear market preferred.
• Strong data-driven decision making and product development knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead bid/proposal efforts to develop competitive proposals.
• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap in line with company goals.
• Lead portfolio forecasting and manage backlog, scope, and timeline.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing and sales to deliver features.
• Use market research and user feedback to validate solutions and measure outcomes.
• Communicate value propositions to executives, investors, partners and users.
