Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company is seeking a Commercial (Sales) Manager for the Instrumentation and Controls team. You will drive the sales process, identify customer needs, and shape winning technical solutions and value propositions with the account team.

This remote role supports nuclear plants across the United States, collaborating with product management, legal, and finance to finalize offers and contracts, while maintaining accurate CRM records in D365.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in technical or business discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in engineering, business or operations.
• Prior experience in the commercial nuclear marketplace preferred.
• Experience with Nuclear I&C Systems preferred.
• Knowledge of Westinghouse I&C Platforms preferred (Ovation, Common Q, ALS).

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed product-based targets: OE, margin, pipeline growth, win/loss.
• Lead opportunity development from identification to contract closure.
• Develop and maintain technical and sales knowledge for portfolio needs.
• Lead capture strategy and coordinate with Product/Account Management.
• Negotiate with clients through final signature with cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate negotiations with Consortium partners as needed.
• Manage opportunities data in the CRM tool for scope of activities.
• Lead LOA and offer processes to meet objectives and customer needs.
• Build global account sales plans per customer/product line.
• Ensure pricing strategy inputs for LOA/offers meet objectives.
