Job summary

SkillCorner SAS is seeking a Customer Solutions Manager to strengthen relationships with soccer/football customers across North America. You will lead post-sales onboarding, proactive analysis, product education and support while partnering with Sales on renewals and expansion.

You will create tailored analyses, help clients integrate data via APIs and dashboards, and develop success plans while coordinating with Product, Analysis and Marketing. Regular travel within North America is required.

Qualifications

• Fluent English; professional Spanish is also strongly preferred.
• Deep knowledge of football/soccer and the North American sporting landscape.
• Experience working with sports data and presenting analysis to professional stakeholders.
• Excellent written communication, facilitation, time management and problem solving.
• Ability and willingness to travel across the region.

Responsibilities

• Lead new-customer and new-product onboarding, education and training.
• Create and present tailored analyses showing how SkillCorner data supports recruitment and performance workflows.
• Help customers integrate data through APIs, analytics tools, templates, dashboards and repeatable processes.
• Provide proactive and reactive support, manage priorities and coordinate resolution across teams.
• Build success plans, monitor adoption and identify risks and expansion opportunities.
• Collect, organise and communicate customer feedback to Product, Analysis and Marketing.
• Create reusable educational content and represent SkillCorner in customer and industry settings.
