The Restaurant Store is seeking a Customer Solutions Representative in Lancaster, PA for a hybrid role. You will engage customers by phone, email, and chat to resolve issues, guide online purchases, and build loyalty through thoughtful service.

We value hospitality, clear communication, and problem-solving skills. The position offers an opportunity to grow with PA's fastest-growing hospitality supplier and work two days per week in our Lancaster office.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and hospitality focus in customer service role.
• Able to listen, analyze, and solve customer issues quickly.
• Willing to work in a hybrid Lancaster, PA office 2 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient and accurate solutions to customers with goal of loyalty and increased sales.
• Listen to and analyze customers' issues; investigate problems and provide strategic solutions.
• Keep customers informed about order status and information.
• Communicate product or service issues with the Customer Service department and other teams.
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude in all correspondence.
• Be flexible and adapt to changes as the company grows.
• Take initiative and think strategically to lead in online foodservice.
• Learn about the foodservice industry and products we sell.
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat about orders and products.
• Guide customers through the website with online shopping assistance.
