LumApps SAS is looking for a dynamic Customer Solutions Engineer preferably based in Austin, TX, or remotely anywhere in the United States. The role is pivotal in collaborating with customers to develop and implement integrations, ensuring their success through technical expertise.

Qualifications

• Proven experience (2+ years) in technical development with a focus on integrations.
• Strong knowledge of integration technologies and authentication standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to design and implement technical solutions.
• Lead technical onboarding and training sessions during customer onboarding.
• Support customer success teams with integration needs and automations.
