You will listen, ask questions, resolve billing, account and technical issues, and offer personalized solutions using empathy and clear communication. The position pays $16.00/hour with paid training, requires a quiet home office and reliable cable/fiber internet, and may include a monthly bonus.

You’ll work toward customer experience goals and may upsell products when appropriate.

Qualifications

• Six months of customer service experience or more.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• GED or High School Diploma required.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Listen, ask questions, and uncover what customers really need
• Research and resolve account, billing, service, device, and technical concerns
• Troubleshoot issues requiring additional support
• Recommend and sell products, services, upgrades, or additional lines based on customer needs
• Confidently handle frustrated or challenging customers
• Help retain customers by finding solutions that address their concerns
• Navigate multiple systems and resources to resolve customer concerns
• Work toward established customer experience and performance goals
