Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in software engineering; advanced degree acceptable.
• 3-5 years as an Architect and 5+ years in industry.
• Experience leading large software implementations.
• Experience with Agile in project execution and strong communication.
• Excellent presentation and leadership skills; team leadership.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% within the United States.
• Location: must permanently reside in the United States; aerospace/defense exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into an architectural blueprint across apps and platforms.
• Lead application of DI Deployment Framework on projects.
• Manage status reporting, risks, and customer relationships.
• Set customer expectations and drive adoption of Siemens solutions.
• Validate templated solutions with customers and guide organizational change.
