Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Manager of Customer Services Operations to lead onsite installation, service, maintenance, and modification of equipment at customer locations in Indiana. You will manage a team of Customer Service Engineers, handle escalations, and drive service performance to meet customer expectations.

The role requires an Associate degree or equivalent, 2–5 years of leadership and field service experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

Associate degree (A.A. or A.S.) in a related field or equivalent experience.
2–5 years of field service, customer service operations, leadership, or related experience preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary liaison for operational matters, troubleshooting, escalations, and reporting.
Lead and manage a team of Customer Service Engineers including performance management and scheduling.
Develop service schedules based on customer requirements and priorities; ensure quality and safety standards.
Coach and develop staff, identify training opportunities, and manage timekeeping.
Ensure compliance with GMPs and regulatory requirements; collaborate with cross-functional teams.
