AriensCo is seeking a customer service professional to join our team, serving as a trusted resource for customers and dealers. You will resolve inquiries, process orders, and provide timely support across multiple systems, ensuring accuracy and exceptional service.

This role can be fully remote, with training onsite in Brillion, WI as needed. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of customer service experience, strong communication and problem-solving abilities, and proficiency with CRM systems.

Formación

• Post-secondary education or Associate's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience.
• Ability to use CRM systems and customer support technologies.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods.
• Willingness to travel onsite to Brillion, WI for training.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer and dealer inquiries through phone, email, and other support systems.
• Process transactions including orders, returns, credits, and service requests.
• Follow established workflows and standard operating procedures.
• Independently resolve customer concerns and inquiries with knowledge, resources and sound judgment.
• Think creatively to identify solutions meeting customer needs and business objectives.
• Document customer interactions accurately and completely.
• Manage Return Authorizations (RA) and related processes.
• Process invoices for parts dealers and internal accounts.
