AriensCo is seeking a Product Support Representative to assist end users, landscape professionals, dealerships, and retailers with entry- to moderate-level product issues.

You will maintain knowledge content, coordinate goodwill solutions, and collaborate with dealers to resolve questions, warranty actions, and service needs.

This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, MS Office and CRM experience, and the ability to work across teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of customer service experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow processes.
• Comfort with systems and technology and cross-functional coordination.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Aufgaben

• Create and maintain internal knowledge and standard work content.
• Assist with parts identification and order entry for parts and accessories.
• Provide basic consumer product support and coordinate with dealers.
• Troubleshoot product questions, diagnostics, and warranty approvals as needed.
• Support product publications and service document updates with teams.
• Handle dealer, retailer, and consumer questions through resolution.
• Escalate issues as necessary and contribute to process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience.
